For a current listing of topics, check the Blue Pages of the Verizon Telephone Directory, or visit our website. Select a topic, dial the telephone number, and follow the recorded instructions. You must have touch tone service to use the system.

TEL-MED is NOT to be used in an emergency, to replace your doctor, or to determine if you have a health problem.
